Booking information and terms and conditions
The Hall is fully open for bookings.
Please check availability via the Booking Calendar and then click on the date you wish to book on the Calendar and fill in the details - or email the Hall Manager if you would like further information before booking. The booking will be provisional until confirmed by the Hall Manager.
Secure payments can now be made via this site. Please do so via the ‘Pay for Hire’ button on this page once the Hall Manager has confirmed the details of your booking.
All bookings must be made through the Hall Manager, Jennifer Binnie.

Payment by card: Once the terms of your hire are agreed with the Hall Manager, please pay using the button below. This is a secure payment system using Stripe.
Hire Rates
All bookings must be cofirmed by the Hall Manager, Jennifer Binnie. She will also confirm the hire charge and the amount of and deposit if required.
Available dates can be viewed on the Booking Calendar. Provisional bookings can also be made via the calendar.
The Conditions of Hire are deemed to be accepted with all requests to book.

HIRE RATES for 2024 (hourly rates)
Residents of Willingdon and Jevington Parish
Single Booking: £15 an hour or part thereof.
Regular Booking: (six or more) £12 and hour
Non Parish Resident
Single Booking: £20 an hour or part thereof.
Regular Booking: (six or more) £18 an hour.
Other (for which a substantial block booking of time is required) - please contact the Hall Manager. For example, events on the South Downs Way, wakes, weddings.
Reduced Rates available for Not for Profit Community Events - please contact Jennifer
The trustees at their discretion can request a returnable deposit.
